The anchor tenant within this development is Bunnings Hardware. Bunnings are an Australian hardware retailer and opened their first South Island store at Tower Junction Mega Centre.

This particular store is believed to be one of the largest hardware stores in New Zealand, the building covers some 12,500 sq metres with additional outdoor storage space associated with the complex.

In addition to Bunnings, Tower Junction has attracted tenants such as Ezibuy, Baby City, Postie Plus, No.1 Shoe Warehouse, Norman Ross, BB's Cafe, Animates, 4 Seasons Home & Leisure, Shanton, Kathmandu, Global PC, bed bath & beyond, Toyworld, Dogs Breakfast and Munns Mensware.
