We want to hear from you

Queenstown Residential Development

As announced by Housing and Urban Development Minister Phil Twyford, KiwiBuild and Ngāi Tahu Property are working together to build more than 300 high-density homes, of which 100 will be KiwiBuild, on the site of the former Whakatipu High School.

The KiwiBuild programme has helped Ngāi Tahu unlock this central city Crown land ensuring homes will be built for people wanting to live and work in Queenstown. The development will be completed over at least the next five years, with first homes expected on the market by the end of 2022.

Ngāi Tahu Property is seeking the community’s feedback and we would like to hear from you before development plans are finalised. If you would like to share your thoughts, please fill in the ‘We want to hear from you’ form.
