Kerepeti, in Hobsonville Point is a joint venture development located 20 minutes north west of Auckland’s CBD. Homes within Kerepeti are now available for sale.

Ngāi Tahu Property have teamed up with the NZ Super Fund and New Ground Capital to invest in a housing development at Hobsonville Point in Auckland. The project, known as Kerepeti, will see 208 new homes developed by February 2019.

Ngāi Tahu Property are acting as development manager, overseeing the project.  

Homes within Kerepeti are now available for sale through Colliers International.  The Kerepeti Show Home, located at 63 Mapou Road, Hobsonville Point, is open 12pm-3pm each Saturday and Sunday, and at other times by appointment.

Housing Options

Kerepeti offers a mix of housing typologies ranging from apartments and walk-ups to terrace houses.  Like elsewhere at Hobsonville Point, the homes will be made available to the market off the plan or during construction. 

At least half of these homes will be offered to the market beneath the Auckland median house price.

The first terrace homes will be available to move into in early June 2018.

Axis Series Homes

Axis Series homes are designed for people wanting to purchase their first home in Auckland, but because of the housing market in the city, are unable to afford a quality new home in a good area. These homes are priced at $600,000 or below and come with eligibility rules.

Rental Properties

A percentage of the homes being built will be retained and made available as long-term rental properties. Anyone can apply to rent one of these homes.

This initiative will offer people a rare opportunity to lease a professionally managed rental property in a neighbourhood with high quality amenities, including the new Hobsonville Point schools. With lease terms of up to seven years, leaseholders will know that they have security of tenure.
