Housing Options

Kerepeti offers a mix of housing typologies ranging from apartments to terrace homes.  At least half of these homes will be offered to the market beneath the Auckland median house price.

There are a range of terrace homes or apartments now available.

Axis Series Homes

Our Axis Series homes have now been completed.

Axis Series homes are designed for people wanting to purchase their first home in Auckland, but because of the housing market in the city, are unable to afford a quality new home in a good area. These homes were priced at $600,000 or below and came with eligibility rules.

Rental Properties

A percentage of the homes being built will be retained and made available as long-term rental properties. Anyone can apply to rent one of these homes.

This initiative will offer people a rare opportunity to lease a professionally managed rental property in a neighbourhood with high quality amenities, including the Hobsonville Point schools. With lease terms of up to seven years, leaseholders will know that they have security of tenure.

New Ground Capital will be responsible for managing the rental properties.  For further information or to register your interest, please visit the New Ground Living website.
