Completed and occupied in 2006 by the Ministry of Justice, the Queenstown Courthouse was purpose-built and is one of five buildings that comprise Ngāi Tahu Property’s Post Office Precinct.

This building, named Tāhuna, was the winner of the Registered Master Buildings Federation 2007 National Award in the category of “Industrial/Utility Project”.
