Ngāi Tahu Property has a residential portfolio covering the Canterbury, Tāhuna - Queenstown and Tāmaki Makaurau - Auckland markets.

Te Whāriki, Lincoln is continuing in the final stages of development. Future residential development planning is underway in the Christchurch , Selwyn and Waimakariri districts. These development join Wigram Skies, Prestons and Karamū which contributed over 2,400 sections to Canterbury’s post-earthquake housing market and more that 1,500 previously developed sections. 

In 2015, Ngāi Tahu Property joined with the NZ Super Fund and New Ground Capital to invest in a housing development at Hobsonville Point, Auckland. The project, known as Kerepeti, has developed 208 new homes in Tāmaki Makaurau. Kōkōwai is a new residential neighbourhood being built in the heart of Kerepeti at Hobsonville Point. The homes being built will be available as long term rental properties. 

Te Pā Tāhuna is Ngāi Tahu Property’s latest residential development in central Queenstown. Located on Gorge Road, we’re building more than 300 homes at Te Pā Tāhuna, approximately one third will be available to people who qualify for KiwiBuild.
