Bellgrove, a joint venture between Bellgrove Rangiora Limited (BRL) and Ngāi Tahu Property, is a 65-hectare subdivision located on the rural fringe of northeast Rangiora.
Once complete, Bellgrove will deliver around 800 homes into the Rangiora housing market. Standalone build sections vary in size from around 330m² to over 1,000m², while smaller density lots will offer a wide selection of house & land packages, in duplex, townhouse, and villa styles. Bellgrove is also working with quality build companies who will offer house & land packages, or custom builds on your own section.
Centrally located in Rangiora, Bellgrove is within walking distance to the Rangiora High Street, Rangiora golf club, MainPower sports stadium, Rangiora High School, preschools and Rangiora Borough School, as well as the wider North Canterbury attractions including rivers, beaches and mountains.
Stage 1 is currently under development with the first titles now out.
