Building consent has been granted for the new Wigram Primary School, Te Piki Kahu, that is being built at Wigram Skies. It is anticipated that work will begin in earnest in mid-February with the new school opening for Term 1, 2019.
The school has been masterplanned by Architectus and is being built by Southbase. The masterplan envisages a school for up to 500 students, but initially classroom space for 300 will be built.
We think the school looks fantastic and can’t wait to welcome the staff and students to Wigram Skies.
