First 52 apartments in Kōkōwai now complete

Kōkōwai Update! Ngāi Tahu Property are thrilled that the first 52 apartments within Stage 1 at Kōkōwai are now complete with tenants moving in.

Comprising of five buildings surrounding a central courtyard, this new build-to-rent project is centrally located within Hobsonville Point – close to schools, shops, restaurants, and the ferry.

With this first part of Stage 1 now complete our attention turns to the next 18 homes to be delivered. Construction on these is expected to start in early 2024. These homes will also be a build-to-rent project. The following two stages of Kōkōwai will deliver approximately 95 homes to the open market offering 2, 3 and 4-bed options.
