First homes nearing completion

There’s been plenty of progress at Karamū, Riccarton Park in recent weeks. Several homes are nearing completion in the Manakura neighbourhood and the first residents are due to move in within the next few weeks. Our second neighbourhood, Kākāpō, is taking shape, with titles anticipated July 2019.

We have only five stand-alone sections left for sale within Kākāpō, however opportunities to buy house and land packages through our selected builders are still available. Click here to find out about these or contact Karamū residential sales manager Dene Maddren for information about the sections.

Ngāi Tahu Property regrets to advise that no further residential sections will be released at Karamū, Riccarton Park after the completion of the Kākāpō neighbourhood. We are committed to the completion of Karamū, but at this time we’ve put our future development plans on hiatus.

Ngāi Tahu Property will continue to landscape reserve areas, including around the stream between Kākāpō and the Riccarton Park Golf complex, and to support the development of this strong and vibrant community.
