In 2015, Ngāi Tahu Property teamed up with the NZ Super Fund and New Ground Capital to invest in a two hectare housing development at Hobsonville Point, Auckland.
The development, Kerepeti, has a total of 208 homes currently under construction across two sites, Uku and Kerewhenua, named after the clay upon which the homes are built. Kerepeti is on track for completion by February 2019 with staggered occupancy from May 2018.
As with the rest of Hobsonville Point, Kerepeti has a number of Axis Series homes available for sale. These 34 homes are split across both Uku and Kerewhenua.
The Stage 2 Ballot, consisting of 12 homes, is now open with the following options:
