Please note: only one section or House & Land package per whānau member or kaimahi can be purchased in advance of the public release. A section may be placed on hold for a maximum of 20 working days and after this time the section must either go to contract or be placed back on the market.
There are 38 sections for sale within the Stage 1 release. These are priced from $367,000 and range in size from 538m2 to 747m2. Titles are expected in April 2026.
