The Residences at Karamū wins top Property Council NZ Award

Whakamihi / Congratulations to our friends at Kāinga Maha & Home NZ for their recent win at the Property Council New Zealand Property Industry Awards, with their development - The Residences at Karamū.

A mixed and blind tenure residential development in Riccarton, The Residences at Karamū has been developed by Kāinga Maha and built by Home to offer a range of much needed affordable housing for first-home buyers and community housing tenants.

Awarded the Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities Community & Affordable Housing Property Award for their development, this innovative development showcases what quality affordable housing development can look like.

We’re proud to have had the chance to support Kāinga Maha in structuring a land purchase agreement that enabled the delivery of affordable housing in Karamū, for the residents of Ōtautahi, Christchurch.
