Ngāi Tahu Property teamed up with the NZ Super Fund and New Ground Capital to invest in a housing development at Hobsonville Point in Auckland. The project, known as Kerepeti, has 208 new homes developed across two neighbourhoods.
Kerepeti brings together forward-thinking living solutions to provide a vibrant community within a sustainable master-planned development.
The homes at Kerepeti are suitable for people at any stage of life; ranging from one-bedroom apartments through to spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom homes. The resulting neighbourhoods are designed to feel good, with planted living laneways and pocket parks woven throughout.
Half of the homes at Kerepeti were made available to the market at a level below the Auckland median house price. A portion of the homes sold were under the affordable ‘Axis’ series.
Kerepeti, meaning moulded or pliable clay, has shaped our communities for centuries - from the bowls we use to serve food to our whānau and friends to the bricks used to build our homes.
Sales of homes at Kerepeti are now complete, if you are interested in living at Kerepeti please contact New Ground Living.
